Announcing Creative Kitchen Confidence Classes with Bradford Brackin!

Attention all 'wannabe' cooks! If you love food but could use a few fun basics in the kitchen, then this is the class for you! The menu for this class will include how to prepare several recipes as well as some kitchen safety tips, basic food prep, healthy meal planning, and some fun tips on food presentation. This will be a 'hands on' approach. A few things we will focus on include how to prepare pasta and various sauces, the creative side to omelets, pizzas, quesadillas, and even how to roll your own sushi!

This class is geared to getting us all more comfortable, creative, and confident in the kitchen while not being dependent on boring recipes. The ONLY ingredient you need is the desire to be in the kitchen with more creative confidence!

Dates: July 27th-29th: 10 am - 12 pm

Price: $100.00 (Includes food samples and handouts, this is one price for a total of 3 days, 6 hours total)

Location: Gallery 905

Deadline to register is Thursday, July 22nd

“Alabama Garden Chat” will be back in April.  You can join the program each Wednesday at 2:00 pm starting in April.  The program will follow “Get Outside with Alabama Smart Yards!”.
