Recreational Fish Pond Management Meeting
A workshop on managing recreational fish ponds will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Central Alabama Farmers Co-op, Hwy 80 West in Selma, Alabama. This workshop will cover fish selection, ration, fish disease, pond construction and much more.
The cost is $5.00 per person and a dinner will be provided. For more information and to register, contact the Dallas County Extension Office at 334-875-3200 by Monday, May 15, 2017. This meeting is open to all and everyone is invited.

The City of Selma partners with RDS (Revenue Discovery Systems) to assist the City’s staff in the collection of local Sales/Use Tax.
Taxpayer Education Sessions will be hosted by the City staff and RDS. This event will be held on Thursday, May 18 at the Performing Arts Center, 1000 Selma Ave. with three session times available. Choose the time that works best for you.
RDS representatives will be present to answer questions regarding Sales/Use tax, assist taxpayers with online tax filing setup, and update taxpayer account information, as needed.
