Councilman Samuel Randolph will host a Ward 5 Meeting on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Gospel Tabernacle C.O.G.I.C. to discuss public safety, code enforcement, general services and to hear citizens issues and concerns.
