For safety purpose, we will conduct a non-traditional ward meeting. The phone lines have been reserved for citizens who reside in ward 4 and the press.
Citizens should have pen and paper on the call, as the question and answer session will take place at the end of the agenda.
Citizens may begin to dial in 5 minutes early. If the line becomes busy, simply dial back.
